How to set up your email signature

Before you get started, please note:

  • You don't need to include your signature on many internal emails - especially anything less than three lines long. Consider removing it before sending internal emails.
  • Please do not modify the generated signature in any way - this is what has been approved.

To generate your signature:

  1. Press Get email signature below, then use Ctrl+A (Windows) or Cmd+A (Mac) to select the whole signature and copy it.
  2. Open Outlook, begin composing a new email and click the Signature button at the top.
  3. Start a new signature, and paste in what you copied earlier.

Select your personal preferences

The following are optional additions you can include in your email signature.

Include an Acknowledgement of Country (Australia)?
Include your landline telephone number?
Include the office's main telephone number?
